I picked a cold Indianapolis evening to capture this image, hoping I wouldn’t have to contend with a lot of pedestrian traffic on the Canal. Traffic was limited and the city lighting enhanced an already attractive setting as it reflected on the water. I especially enjoy the green glow of the Congressional Medal of Honor Memorial. This Memorial is one I visit whenever I walk the Canal. I’m proud that my city has chosen to honor these most deserving of our citizens.
